TCU Brown Lupton Student Center
University officials wanted a unique outside gathering area where students would gather, dine, study, and where special events could be staged. They wanted the pavers to represent, with mosaic-style designs and symbols such as the official mascot, the important university icons, buildings, and distinctive campus features.
The project team transformed the vision into an outdoor plaza in the heart of the campus that tells a singular story of the university through various sizes and colors of pavers placed in exacting positions and patterns.
This project was a HNA Awards recipient.
