However, persons located in other U.S. states as well as those residents in other countries around the world can access www.icpi.org. Even though other locales may have different laws from those of the Commonwealth of Virginia, by accessing www. icpi.org you agree that the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to rules relating to conflict of laws, will apply to all matters relating to the use of www.icpi.org.

The user and the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute also agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the Courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia with respect to any or all such matters.
