Inspire South Park

OBJECTIVES

The goal was to create an upscale, multifamily living space with enhanced amenity areas that appeal to everyone. Developers understood amenity packages aren’t a one-size-fits-all commodity and teamed up with local businesses to ensure the community met the needs of the new residents.

SOLUTIONS

Attention to detail was of the utmost importance, given the luxury design and upscale location of this project. With the complexity of design and multiple material and pattern changes, layout was extremely important to reduce and/or eliminate sliver cuts. The contractor utilized several layout methods including laser levels and a professional surveyor to guarantee an exceptional final product. Pavers provided design flexibility that is not allowed by other pavement systems, and multiple paving materials and designs were able to be incorporated into the project. 

RESULTS

Once the project was completed it was voted one of the best apartment homes in SouthPark by the Charlotte Agenda. It offers unparalleled luxury, with resort style amenities where you can enjoy everything you want and need. Overall, the high-end exclusive community represents an outstanding lifestyle experience.
