Course Spotlight: Residential Specialist
The Residential Specialist course is the basis for earning the Residential Specialist designation for certified installers. Designed for crew leaders, supervisors, and job superintendents, this course provides more in-depth knowledge for field leadership. The Concrete Paver Installer Course is a recommended prerequisite for this course and Concrete Paver Installer certification is required to earn the Residential Specialist designation. The course is available in a virtual format or through live in-person events.

After successfully completing the course, certified installers must submit an Application for Designation documenting cumulative residential installation experience of at least 10 paver projects and a minimum of 20 residential paver projects and 25,000 square feet to earn the designation. Designations are renewed every 2 years with certification.
