Just a Taste, in Case You Missed It…

The 2021 ICPI Summer Meeting was a huge success! After three virtual meetings, we reunited, networked, enjoyed the company of friends and industry peers, learned about gains and challenges, moved important programs ahead, and quite a bit more. So much so in fact, we thought you might want to skim through a few committee take-aways. They’re just a small sampling of progress made at last week’s member event.

While there is clearly no substitute for attending an ICPI member event in-person, or virtually, if need be, it’s important to share some of the many of the deliverables from task groups, committees, and boards – and what’s next.

In the month ahead, we will publish a digital SUMMER MEETING HIGHLIGHTS magazine  offering more detail on the activities and accomplishments you might have missed. Until then, please scan the list below for items that may be of particular interest to you.

This includes research into using standard interlocking concrete pavement with open graded bases and investigating the use of geofoam as a base replacement.

Wrapping up, we offer our sincere thanks to all who participated, in person and virtually, and to the generous event sponsors that make these meetings a reality.

We can’t wait to do this with you all again!
