municipal ICP survey and lcca study

Initiated this past April, this project involves surveying municipalities that have used interlocking concrete pavements (ICP) in streets and sidewalks for several years. The consultant will request initial and maintenance cost information and if available, conduct a life cycle cost assessment (LCCA) and compare it to conventional pavements used by the municipality. The consultant will rely in part on cost information from previous and current municipal clients. In addition to survey information, the consultant will conduct a literature review on LCCA of ICP. The project was ranked as a top priority by the ICPI Commercial Technical Team as cost information from across the US and Canada is needful. This survey project will require about a year to complete.
