The Hub

OBJECTIVES

The project's goal was to provide a focal point for residents to relax with their friends and families. Families could either play games in the green space, take in a local band, have a glass of wine near the fireplace, or enjoy the pool, splash pad, and zero-entry wading pool.

SOLUTIONS

Curved cuts, multiple elevations, and sloped areas to drains are all seamlessly crafted to keep the overall high-end visual appeal in tune with the landscaping and multipurpose of the HUB center. Pavers allowed easy maintenance and relay for future pool plumbing repairs was a big selling point.

RESULTS

Common areas are created by changing shapes and patterns to give them their sense of space within the overall project.
